Egyptian civilization - Whatever civilization has been found in the world, it has been found mostly near water sources. Similarly, Egyptian civilization was also built near the Nile River. Egyptian civilization was an advanced type of civilization. This can be estimated from the present-day Pyramids of Giza. The Egyptians believed that the soul resides in the corpse of death. Therefore, they used to apply a special type of oil on the dead body. The body did not rot for hundreds of years. Tombstones were built to protect the dead, which they called pyramids. The corpses placed in pyramids were called 'mummies'. Among the Egyptian pyramids, Giza's pyramid is the best in ancient architecture. This pyramid of Giza is made of two and a half tons and two and a half ton pieces of 23 lakh stones. Outside this, a huge stone statue of Narsingh called Refux is made. The pyramids bear witness to the mathematics and geometry of Egyptians. Many such pyramids still exist in Egypt.
